Derek currently owns & operates a full service general contracting company based in the Dallas Forth Worth area. Our goal at Phipps Construction Group LLC. and Phipps Home Services is to develop the most effective, honest, ethical and highest quality experience for the clients we serve.  Derek himself brings a decade of active insurance claims adjusting experience, years of restoration job management and the team combined have over 20 years of experience in insurance claims management and construction management. Our team has rebuilt lives and property after losses from fire, wind, hail, water, explosions, lightening and theft.  The team manages, coordinates and settles catastrophic and daily claims with insurance providers, on a daily basis. We also handle a large majority of the claims negotiations in-office and will reach an agreed value for the repairs assuring a fair and agreeable settlement is made between the insured and their insurance carriers. 

Derek is well versed in Claims Management, Site Inspections, Estimating, Scoping,Diagramming, Customer Service, Quality assurance and Regulatory Compliance.  Derek is licensed and has done business in close to a dozen states across the USA.
